Shakeology is by far, my favorite meal of the day. It takes the guess work out of my morning and starts me off with wholesome nutrition.




















Why Shakeology?
Shakeology is my daily GO TO breakfast because as a busy mama, part time teacher, mompreneur, and crazy lady, it takes the guesswork out of things. Its a quick, convenient, delicious way to get complete nutrition.
It gives me energy, helps me fight cravings (hello ice cream), and makes my mornings much easier!
How do you drink Shakeology?
It seriously could not be any easier!
Take one scoop of shake-o goodness, and mix it with no less than 8 oz of water!
If you prefer, you can add ice and blend it (I usually do).
You can also have some fun with it! Add flavors or extras if you’re looking for a different taste or want something slightly more filling.
You can add ½ a frozen banana, a bit of spinach, some chia seeds, almond milk, whatever strikes your fancy! The possibilities are endless.
What is MY personal go-to Shakeology recipe? 1 scoop of chocolate vegan Shakeology, 12 oz. water, 1/2 a frozen banana, tsp chia seeds, and 1 cup spinach. I get my chocolate "milkshake" every morning in the car AND all the nutrients I need to stay healthy for the day!

My go-to recipe...

Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana
1 scoop chocolate shakeology
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp natural pb
1/2 frozen banana
5 ice cubes
16 oz water
blend until slushy

Peaches and Cream
1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 cup ice
8 oz. water
4 oz. almond milk
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend and enjoy

Mocha
1 Scoop Chocolate or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
8 oz. chilled coffee
4 oz. unsweetened original almond milk
1 cup ice
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend

Oatmeal Cookie
1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 packet of oatmeal (I like Kashi brown sugar)
12 oz water
1 cup ice
Blend

Salted Caramel
1 Scoop Chocolate or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
8 oz. water
4 oz. unsweetened original almond milk
1/2 tsp caramel extract
a few shakes of Himalayan Salt
Blend
