What is CORE DE FORCE?

How long are the workouts?
Core de Force is a 30 day program.
The workouts are 30-45 minutes in length.
You workout 6 days a week and stretch on the 7th day.
There are 8 total workouts-----
- MMA Speed- Upper body and core-focused, 27 minutes
- MMA Shred- Muay Thai inspired elbows and kicks to get lean and shredded, 37 minutes
- MMA Power- Uses explosive, defensive movements for a cardio conditioning session, 47 minutes
- MMA Plyo- Muay Thai meets plyometrics for a knockout calorie burn, 47 minutes
- Power Sculpt- total body interval training, to sculpt lean muscle, 37 minutes
- Dynamic Strength- low impact, high intensity, no equipment throwdown, 47 minutes
- Active Recovery- Recharge for the week ahead with a stretch workout that focuses on form and technique to combat muscle stiffness, 21 minutes
- Core de Force Relief- 5 minute before bed stretch
- Core Kinetics- MMA inspired core workout for flat abs and tight obliques,
- 5 minute Core on the Floor- ultimate core finisher with 5 challenging plank movements
- Team Beachbody Exclusive- MMA Mashup- All the best moves in ONE workout, 26 minutes
What is the nutrition plan for this program?
If you are familiar with the Fix Nutrition Plan (21 Day Fix, Portion Fix) and the containers, you will understand this guide as well!
While the containers are not required (they also break down the measurements), you calculate your number of servings per food category based on your weight and activity level using a formula that comes with your guide.
For example, if you fall in the lowest category bracket:
4 protein servings
3 vegetable servings
2 fruit servings
2 carb servings
2 oil, nut butter servings
1 healthy fat
1 seeds and dressings
So for example, a day on this plan might look like this:
Breakfast: eggs, steel cut oats, banana
Snack: ezekiel toast with almond butter
Lunch: tuna over mixed greens and veggies
Snack: Shakeology, spinach, almond butter, 1/2 banana
Dinner: flank steak with grilled veggies
Dinner: flank steak with grilled veggies
