Fail Forward
What's the thing that holds us back the most?
Fear of failure.
Plain and simple.
No one likes to fail.
BUT I want to challenge you to FLIP the switch.
I want you to FAIL---hear me out.
When we allow fear of failure to creep in, we quit when the going gets tough, or worse yet, we never start.
As we enter a new year, close your eyes and visualize yourself achieving each of the goals you would like to achieve.
What does it look like?
How does it make life different?
Now---if achieving these goals would be easy, you'd have done it already and the success of it wouldn't be as significant.
This time, you're going to embrace your failures. You're going to take your failures, dust them off, learn from them, shift your action and start again!
So here's the plan.
1. Write out your goals.
2. How will it feel, look, be when you reach those goals? How will you celebrate?
3. What is your plan of action? Be specific.
4. How will you handle obstacles and/or failures?
5. What will be your support system?
6. How will you measure your success?
So often we set a goal and then just sit and wait for it to happen. We don't think about the logistics behind the ACTION required.
This year it's going to be different.
YOU are going to be different.
You are going to be your BEST YOU because you will approach your goals with PURPOSE and PASSION and strive for PROGRESS over PERFECTION.

So now, imagine yourself reaching each of your goals this year. Visualize your success.
