In February of 2014, I sat in my living room, stared at my 3 month old baby and cried. As the tears streamed down my face, my breathing was short, my heart was racing...
How could I ever leave him with a babysitter to go back to teaching full time.
And at that moment, the search began "how to work from home"
I'd do ANYTHING. secret shopper? collection calls? surveys?
What could I do!?!!
So feeling helpless, I turned on the TV and watched fitness infomercials, this 25 minute program kept popping up and I was mad that I was still not fitting into my jeans (thanks Dad for the reminder.. "wow, we used to buy you a much smaller size!" )
Frustrated at these "fake results" I opened facebook...
and there she was...
a mom of 2, former teacher, in incredible shape, working out everyday oh... wait, what?!??!
She was not only DOING that 25 minute workout BUT she was making an income by helping others on their health and fitness journey....
sign. me. up...
Well, ok I didn't do it right away, but I read more info, chatted with her and decided to go ALL IN! I started my own health and fitness journey AND became a coach the very same day
February 10, 2014 was the first day of the best days of my life!!!!
Now, over 5 years later, I run a top team in our organization and have helped hundreds of women tap into their true potential!
As a coach my job is to help other set realistic health and fitness coach. I provide daily support and motivation to achieve those goals. Together we create a plan of action and set goals to stay on track along the way. We work together with other members in a private accountability group.

As a coach you will create challenge groups and help your participants.
These last 5 years have been INCREDIBLE and I can speak for my team and my clients in saying this opportunity has given us a whole life transformation!
