Crockpot Salsa Chicken: jar of my favorite clean salsa (I love the varieties at whole foods), chicken thighs or breasts, throw it in the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours...that's it...really! I've done this with all varieties of salsa. Put it on top of salad, in a tortilla, over rice...anything really.
