Core de Force Week One Meal Plan

Completing your workouts is only PART of the journey toward results!



When your program arrives, PLEASE do yourself a favor and take the time to review the nutrition guide that is included. 

One of the things that I LOVE about beachbody programs, is that they understand that getting results is part of a specific formula: workout, nutrition and support. 

So---when I got my copy of Core de Force, the first thing I did, was open up the nutrition guide. 

If you're familiar with the 21 Day Fix nutrition, this plan will be a breeze as its very similar BUT there are a few changes. For one, they've included the measurements for portions so you don't have to use containers. Also, in weeks two and three, you'll add an additional purple or blue container.
