My grocery list varies from week to week, but here are the staples that I always have on hand. This helps me to stay on track!


Bananas
Apples
Spinach
Sweet potatoes
Brussel Sprouts
Asparagus
Frozen green beans
Broccoli
Seasonal fresh fruit
Avocado
Tomatoes
Almonds
Almond butter
Almond milk (unsweetened)
Coffee
Matcha tea
Eggs
Steel cut oats
Ezekiel bread
Chicken
Ground Turkey
Flank steak
Shakeology 

I buy my meat in bulk at Costco and keep it in the freezer to save time and money!
Most of my groceries come from Trader Joe's and the occasional Amazon Fresh order.

Of course, my shakeology is my breakfast every single day.
