Salt and Vinegar Brussels Sprouts Chips 

We LOVE brussels sprouts in our house! It is a go to veggie in our fridge year round. 

It is SO versatile AND packed with nutrients.

One of our favorite ways to cook these little guys is as CHIPS!!! Move over kale chips---these things are the BOMB!!!!! 

So we experimented and made salt and vinegar chips as a healthy snack and they were gone in seconds!!! 

This is a MUST TRY!!!!

Recipe:

Brussels Sprouts, ends cut, leaves picked off
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tpsb evoo
himalayan salt

  1. preheat oven to 400 F
  2. cut the bottom off each sprout, leaves will start to fall off and you can pick them off 
  3. place the leaves in a bowl with other ingredients, stir well (you can allow this to sit for a few minutes to marinate)
  4. line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread leaves out
  5. back at 400 F for 20 minutes or until crispy
