This is something that has been in the works for a very long period of time and it will be the missing piece of the weight loss puzzle for so many who have had long-term struggles with nutrition. She’s helped thousands of others lose weight through her private practice in Beverly Hills and a clinic at UCLA. Can 2B mindset be done along with exercise?
Absolutely. The 2B Mindset does not require exercise, but it’s encouraged and it’s considered “extra credit.” Sure, the program focuses on nutrition and weight loss through the foods we eat. But once we start losing weight, we'll want to be moving.
