Avocado Brown Rice
1 cup cooked brown rice (I cook mine in a rice cooker)
1/2 an avocado
2 tsp. lime juice (or to taste)
1/2 tsp cilantro, fresh or dried
himalayan salt to taste
Mash 1/2 an avocado in a bowl
Add in rice, lime juice, cilantro, and salt
This makes 2 servings
